Move Use Programmer setting to Project level not global level

I  run a lot of projects in parallel and one tiny little annoyance has come to light in doing this with Visual Micro.

You can set to program using the serial port or using a programmer, but this setting is a global setting across all projects. It would be much better to have this set as part of the project profile. I have kicked myself several times in the past few weeks thinking that my hardware was failing when I had set VS to using a programmer, then moved onto another project and it then failed to deploy because I had not remembered to change it back to deploy through the serial interface.

Cheers Pete.
