Known Atmel crash when switching between boards in a 32 bit project

When using Atmel Studio without Visual Micro some people will encounter a crash when the project device is changed in 32 bit projects.

The crash happens when we click YES on the automatic CMSIS prompt dialog.

When using Visual Micro to build Arduino projects the dialog might also appear when switching Arduino boards.

Click NO on the dialog and Atmel Studio will not crash
