Hi,

I installed Atmel Studio 7.
Can I install the free version of Microsoft Visual Studio when I am also using Atmel Studio 7?
When I try to install the free Microsoft Visual Studio it installs in the same directory as the Atmel Studio 7??

Yes I have all versions of both installed.

As7 installs vs2015 shell. When you install vs2015 it also includes the shell.

Hi,

I installed Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015. I also installed visual micro and setup the directory path via the configuration manager.
At startup I can select File - Open - Arduino Project.
When I select a existing ino file I get this empty screen and it says 0 projects in the solution explorer (see attachment for a screen shot). Why is the source code not loaded? Thanks
