VS Arduino - I cant see any option: upload using.... in the VisualMicro menu

Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

Save the new Output to a Text File and....

	I have the same problem of testato! The message is failed to open ......... But I read first post in the topic and While I see the NodeMCU address (bonjour is installed)I cant see any option: upload using.... in the VisualMicro menu: My configuration is : last VM upgrade done yesterday most recent staging ver. of IDE core v.2.2.0 rc1 Arduino IDE 1.6.8 Thanks for your help!
