date-time stamp in output window after build / upload

Could you please add a date-time stamp that appears in the output window along with the standard messages when a sketch is compiled or uploaded?  I don't think the Arduino IDE has this either.  Sometimes I find when I am distracted I cannot remember which changes I have uploaded already and don't want to upload the current sketch for various reasons.  It would be a helpful piece of information when debugging!

Thanks!
