error when uploading to a pro-mini help please

I have been uploading to a pro-mini successfully many times, but now I get an error:

Code (C++)
Select All
Uploading 'christmas_tree1' to 'Arduino Pro or Pro Mini w/ ATmega328 (5V, 16 MHz)' using 'AVRISP mkII'
The uploader returned an error
avrdude: can't open config file 6.3.0-arduino6/etc/avrdude.conf": No such file or directory
avrdude: error reading system wide configuration file 6.3.0-arduino6/etc/avrdude.conf"

It uploads fine in the Arduino IDE.  I tried all of the uploader options I am aware of in Visual Micro.  I am using a FTDI cable and it has worked fine for a long time.  I think this happened because I updated boards and libraries in the Arduino IDE.  Can someone please help me with this?

Thanks

Hi,

This is because you have checked "vMicro>Always upload>Use Programmer for Upload (Instead of Serial)"

This message will say "using COMx" instead of "using 'AVRISP mkII'"
