Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

	I am facing the same problem as this user(https://community.atmel.com/forum/myatmel-login-error) and I can not install the Arduino IDE in Atmel Studio 7. Someone with a working login can download the extension and share it in MEGA for example, so i can download and install it. 	Hi, The Atmel Gallery appears to have login problems this weekend. The issues are preventing everyone including the Atmel staff from logon to the gallery. I am sure they will fix it tomorrow. Thanks

	Good news. I hope this problem can be fixed as soon as possible. Tomorrow i'll try again. Only one question: Where did Atmel staff report this issue? I'd like to know for future reference. Thanks.

	Hi, I had a problem logging in yesterday and emailed atmel.com using a non public email address. One atmel staff member (from a different team to the gallery) was good enough to reply to confirm it was an issue and that it has been escalated internally. They are usually good at responding so I have assumed it will be fixed tomorrow. If not then I can publish the installer but depending on which versions of Visual Studio you have installed, running the installer outside of "tools>extensions and updates" can fail due to a conflict between Microsoft Visual Studio versions. This can be an issue for all Atmel extensions not just visual micro.

	Hello there... The problem with login on Atmel Gallery is still alive. I really wish to download Visual Micro through other way if possible. Do you can share one direct link? To minimize the risks during manual installation, below is the version of Atmel Studio and Visual Studio shell. Atmel Studio: 7.0.1417 Visual Studio Shell 2015 (isolated): 14.0.23107.10 Running on W7_x64 Thanks in advance.
