Atmel Studio 7 - strange breakpoints behavior

I found few strange breakpoints behavior on my test installation of Visual Micro on Atmel Studio 7

1. When I set breakpoint action with text message (variable in curly braces), the debug output window shows message and var., everything looks OK, but expression window shows only variable name and his data, there is no message, im trying with quotation marks, equal mark etc. It always shows only variable name

2. When I use breakpoint with conditional execution, and then disable condition by checkbox, rebuild and upload again   condition still works. The only way to disable condition, remove breakpoint and set up it from beginning, it doesn't looks like normal operation.

3. Does it Visual Micro compatible with ankhSVN? Everytime when I add breakpoints, commit changes, close solution and then I open it, breakpoints are gone. Where are they stored, in which file, somwhere outside the solution folder?

And the end question, it is possible to disable breakpoint location information in column "Data" at expression window?

Sorry for the delay.

It is an option for disabled breakpoints to be included in the code or not. It sounds like the option should default to ON Smiley

Im using macro definition #define DEBUG_ON 0 for my own purposes, maybe this is a problem?
What about expressions window, why I don't see any messages there?

Oh sorry I re looked at your picture.

I thought you were talking about disabled breakpoints not disabled conditions.

For disabled conditions the issue is that the Visual Studio API has a bug. If you do not clear the condition text then it tells extensions like visual micro that the condition is enabled.

I reported it to Microsoft and they accepted it is a problem but said they won't fix it.

the watch window is not for messages

if you are asking how to see combined message and data without the trace info then please look at the bug icon on the serial monitor. It has a context menu that allows you to configure where  messages appear. In their own windows and/or combined with trace and/or in the serial monitor.

Does this help.
