Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Unregistering VisualMicro from VS2015

I need to unregister my VisualMicro license in order to move it to a new machine. I have uninstalled Visual Micro from VS2015 on the old machine and installed it on the other machine yet the key says "Activation limit exceeded for this key." 

Please assist me with this issue. Thank you in advance.

What is the problem??? I sent emails to both sales and info AT visualmicro.com

Please take care of this ASAP. I am loosing time and money due to this.

Hi,

Some emails have bounced back recently. Please try your key again it has probably been reset

Otherwise send another email.

All emails have so far been processed in a few hours, max 24 hours.
