VS/MS won't save Arduino projects where I want it to

I have set VS/VM to save projects in a specified folder
D:\TheMill\Arduino\Electronics Projects\Boxall Book Projects
but it persists in saving them in
D:\TheMill\Arduino\Electronics Projects

How do I fix that?
Thanks

1)
I think you are using the "File>New>Arduino Project" or "File>Open>Arduino Project" facilities which is Arduino compatible. That means we use the Arduino "sketchbook folder" which you have set in the arduino ide>file>preferences or you have set it in the visual micro "Ide Locations" dialog. The IDE Locations dialog overrides the Arduino IDE setting.

2)
The dialog in your post shows the Visual Studio file save locations which are valid when you use the Visual Studio File>Open and File>New commands.
