avr chips misidentified as esp8266

Since I installed the latest update, I notice that all my AVR boards are listed under esp8266.  This is occurring with my Arduino 1.0 install only.  This obviously causes problems when compiling.

Is there some way to correct this?  It seems to work fine with my Arduino 1.6.x install, but I have some older chips that aren't compatible with that so I've been using the 1.0 install which has been working fine until now.

Using VS 2015 with the latest version of Visual Micro.

Please ensure that the arduino 1.0. ide location is st correctly in visual micro

Also remove the documents/hardware folder and restart the ide

If the problem remains then unzip a clean arduino 1.0 ide into a folder on your pc then point visual micro to that.

If you still have the issue please show a screen shot of the ide

Thanks.

I Tried completely removing the Arduino 1.0.5 folder and re-downloading.  Also tried uninstalling and reinstall visual micro.

I have attached how the boards show up as well as the IDE configuration.

Here is the output from compiling a blank sketch with an uno selected.

This  folder definitely dos not exist? elf/bin/

Have you renamed/moved your document/arduino folder then restarted ide to see if that is the problem?

Lastly you could take a look at c:\user\your name\appdate\roaming\arduino15 clear the folder then start arduino ide once. then close it and open visual micro.
