Since July 2019 Visual Micro fully supports GDB in Visual Studio 2017 and 2019. This forum board can be used to ask questions about custom/advanced vscode compatible debugging and also the simple one-click debuggers such as Black Magic, Atmel ICE, J-Link, GDB Stub +++. Requests for new one-click debuggers can also be made here. Visual Micro GDB support multiple .ino files, cpp, library and platform sources. tip: for unlimited high speed trace and plot points, use the Visual Micro Serial debugger as an alternative.

Soon to be discontinued - Support for programming Arduino in Visual Studio 2010. This is an older "add-in" version of Visual Micro and is not recommended. Please upgrade to Visual Studio 2012, 2013 or 2015. You can Remove older version of Visual Micro from Control panel>Add or Remove Programs. tip: After installing the new version delete the older tool bars.
