howdy,
I followed this

http://dev.ardupilot.com/wiki/building-the-code/building-ardupilot-apm-with-visual-studio-visual-micro/

to install the special Arduino version for Ardupilot.

trying to compile does not only crash VS - but Windows completely with a page fault.
On a different machine using Windows7 all seems fine

Any hints?

Hi,

I am sorry I don't know what would be the difference. The software is the same.

I suggest windows update and to ensure there are not usb driver conflicts.
