When using OTA update on ESP the whole build/link is run even if there are no changes.

It would be good to have a button that allowed a re-run of just the OTA python script.

You can also right click tool bars and add the vmicro menu items as buttons if you want quick access.

You need to be a Pro user for the option to be enabled.

Great, all done - but any chance of an icon as well as text for the button?

If you can find a suitable icon that is freely distributeable with size 16x16 I can add it to the builds.

Vs handles icons in a strange but efficient way.

The vs docs say this but maybe doesn't work

the vs docs procedure doesn't work as the Customize dialog is modal so there is no way to select the button :-(

Thanks. vs is fussy, so the image needs to have transparent background. does it?

I don't think bitmaps have that attribute. Here is an icon file that does have the transparent attribute for the background.
