My Problem is I don't habe the Tools Menu. How that ?
Is that because I have just the Community Version of VS
Or is there a other way to get the Tools Menu ?? :-/

In VS 2019 Microsoft has moved the "tools>extension manager" to "Extensions>Extension Manager"
