Title: Hint for next step ("Rescan") should be "Refresh"?

I don't know about "Manage Boards", but the "Manage Libraries" tab has a tip at the window bottom to

"Click Rescan after installing or removing libraries"

It seems to me that "Rescan" is for installed IDEs, where
instead the "Refresh" next to the "Search" field is the correct
manual step after updating libraries. A simple rewording of the informational string seems sufficient.

What do you think?

Thanks, yes in the last release the rescan happens automatically which means the boards and libraries are ready for use in the menus and tool bars.

We will change the tool tip, what was it that needed a refresh?

By the way:
Sometimes, clicking the "RESCAN" button (as in the image in this issue) fails - it loads the documentation instead...
