Thanks for the report.

The same options are available on the vMicro > Debugger Menu, and the Toolbars can be configured to show and hide as documented below:
https://www.visualmicro.com/page/Automatic-Toolbars.aspx

If this is not the case please send a screenshot of the whole IDE with the vMicro > Toolbar Auto Visibility menu expanded.

Hi.

I cannot see any hardware uploader options in the debugger menu, all options are ticked on visibility menu - I cannot work out how to attach an image of this in a reply all I get is not a dialog box to select an image from my PC!

Also noticed that "Add or remove buttons" on the 3rd row on the GUI has a "Hardware Debugger" option, but checking it goes not add anything to the GUI.

Thanks for the detail.

The options have been hidden as all toolbars are arranged on a single row.

If you hover over the dotted area to the left of the Debug Selection (Showing F2232H Dual Serial in the image), the cursor should change, and you can then left click and move the toolbar onto the next row, which will give it space to expand.

This is also shown in the below YouTube Video (starts at relevant part):

Have you dragged it down below all of the other visible toolbars so it has its own row? (it cannot expand on the row it is on as there is not enough space)

If you go to Tools > Options in Visual Studio, then select Visual Micro on the left Menu.

Then navigate to the right hand pane and scroll down to the "GDB and On Chip Debugging" Section, Set the "GDB Enable" property back to True.

Press OK, then Restart VS.

This option is meant for restricting e.g. students from being able to access debugging if the lecturer requires this limitation in setup.
