Hi Administrator,
I just purchased again a one year license because the old one was timed out. But It does not accept the key. It tells me the key is not for this product (Visual Micro). But I started buying by pressing the button "Buy safely on-line" within the Visual Micro Plugin. I already reinstalled the Visual Micro in Atmel Studio, bit it shows the same behavior.

What can I do?

Hi,

Thanks for buying. You purchased a license for Visual Studio 2022 by mistake. We have converted your order to the as7/vs2019 version and emailed you a new license key.

We will try to make this more obvious at check-out.
