Inconsistent line endings

I'm getting a message about inconsistent line endings in a file called .MyProjectName.vsarduino.h where MyProjectName is the name of the project I'm working on.

The message is displayed intermittently. I've tried clicking the Yes button to correct the line endings but every now and then it pops up again.

I had assumed the file was only generated once when the project was created. But from the repeat messages I'm assuming it's re-created on some occasions.

Can this file be created with the correct line endings?
