VS Arduino - Crash if arduino.exe has never been run

	The next release no longer requires the arduino ide to have been run once prior to opening visual studio with the visual micro addin installed. The current codeplex version of visual micro will crash when visual studio starts if the arduino.exe has never been run under the current windows user account. Solution The crash causes no harm, run arduino once and then vs will start correctly
