Report Analogs/Digital/Free Memory Windows

Print Post
Hi VM:

Toggled the Report Analogs, Report Digitals, Report Free Memory to TRUE and the appropriate windows appear, but when I toggle the same fields to FALSE the windows still appear. Can not seem to get rid of them other than just close them. tried cleaning solution, rebuilding etc. Still appear next time solution is opened.

Cheers

Okay for now try closing them by un-ticking them from using the menu on the "Bug" button of the serial window. The menu item at the bottom.

Does that work for now?

By the way are you getting automated email notification of replies from this forum?

Yes that works.

No I am not receiving automated email notifications to replies in a forum. However in this particular reply I clicked on the "Check this if you wish to be notified of replies to this topic", Will see if that works.

I can't replicate these windows re-opening when Auto Reporting for each has been switched off

Did you add your own breakpoint expressions to force the windows to open/refresh in the first place?

To have added your own expressions you would have added one or more of the following to the breakpoint message

{@ReportI2C}
{@ReportDigital}
{@ReportAnalog}
{@ReportFreeMemory}

Thanks

Hmm, that is strange. I tried to duplicate the issue again and it would not repeat itself. I did not have the report expressions in the breakpoint. I did install the latest patch to VS201 since. Doubt that would have fixed it but who knows. Roll Eyes

Yes the bug was there but that doesn't necessarily mean that you are not loosing your marbles  Tongue

Only joking, thanks for the report
