Hi Tim
I dont always see the refresh option under  =>Add Arduino Library. I copied a new library to the user library directory while I had VS open. Then when I wanted to add it to my sketch, it was not there obviously but then the refresh button was not there either.

So when it isn't there you can still see "User" and "Core"? Sounds like a yes from your report but just checking.

I think I found the problem.

It is actually a bug in vs (nice one) that the menu item has ever been displayed.

Vm was setting its Visibility to False. Doh!

Thanks
