How to? File>save as
Jan 23rd, 2013 at 2:30am

I am (well,  was) an Arduino IDE user. No other programming experience. As I created a sketch I would periodically do a file, save as,  so that I could always get back to solid ground. This appears to be a bit more complicated with VS.

What would be a good protocol to create benchmarks with VM/VS?

  Thanks for any advice!

Yes that's on the list someone else asked for it a week or so ago.

I guess the best way would be to switch to windows explorer, duplicate the folder, delete all the vs files leaving just the source (ino, cpp, c, h etc) and then rename the main ino and the folder to be the same (mySketch>MySketch2).

Alternatively open the sketch in arduino and click "Save As", then open the newly saved sketch in VS  Tongue
