I have recently upgraded to visual studio 2012 and often when trying to upload to a board, if any other program touches the serial port from last compilation or the serial window is open and I have stopped it by hitting the connect checkbox, visual studio crashes and restarts. I have only experienced this issue with multiple projects open, and occasionally will just happen at time of upload or compilation with no errors or other messages before.

On seperate occurrences visual studio has told me that intellisense is compiling a previous project, and is copying files or something similar. Error messages here vary I content but seem to be about the same thing, intellisense is compiling the project still, from before crash. Any help or advice appreciated
