Nothing in properties window besides Misc

I think i'm looking in the right place. And I've tried repairing and uninstall/re-install but I still cannot see the debug options when I click on the project. I've followed the youtube demo here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUta0efToj4

I did remember to build so what else could be the issue?

Hi Twonius

You have found and selected the right properties window but are using an older version of Atmel Studio.

Please upgrade to the latest release of AS 6.1.

After upgrading Atmel Studio, if color coding or intellisense is missing from .ino sources then please run a repair using the Visual Micro installer.

Thanks

ps: The only other thing that would cause the visual micro properties to me missing is if you have an Atmel project that is not a valid Arduino project.

The rules to determine a valid Arduino project are as follows but if you open .ino files into an empty solution or use the special menu items "File>Add or Open Arduino/Sketch" the rules will be implemented automatically:-

1) The project name must match the name of an .ino or .pde source code
2) The folder of the source code must have the same name as the project

The properties only appear when working with a Visual Micro sketch project
