Team Foundation Server and using Visual Micro in complex solutions

I am beginning a project that is mostly in C# and partially in arduino c++. Naturally I wanted to keep both projects in the same solution as well as use TFS for source control. Is this feasible with Visual Micro.

Also, I have run into a problem where arduino projects compile but wont upload when in a solution with another project. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Josh

Hopefully this page will help explain about the "Startup" project being the one that gets uploaded
