Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

OTA support for MKR board familly

I have used successfully the OTA update for ESP board but when I am trying with a MKR1000, I am not able to.  Is this board supported?
If I use the same sketch directly in the Arduino IDE, I can upload new sketch through OTA.

I didn't know they has done the OTA for MKR. I will look into it thanks

WiFi upload and OTA for boards that auto-reset prior to serial upload is fixed in the next release.

This includes the MKR1000

The release will be published over the next couple of days, the ide will notify you of the update during or just after startup.

WiFi debug will not work however you can use the vMicro>Debugger menu to specify the COM port and Remote/Serial port. This allows upload via OTA but debug on Serial.
