Atmel/Visual Studio - Visual Micro Plugin Configuration

I use both Visual Studio and Atmel Studio with Visual Micro extension.  However, I want to use different "Optional Sketchbook Location" for Visual and Atmel Studio, since the solution/project files are different.  Could there a way to store the "Optional Sketchbook Location" dependent on which application is being used?

Don't think it's possible at the moment but can be added an an option to future releases.

It might cause some support issues because user libs are also stored in "sketchbook/libraries" and custom hardware in \hardware.

Is it the hardware and libraries that you want to be different between the IDE's or the arduino projects?
