	Do you need to have OTA started and running to use WIFI debug? I would like to use webupdating.

	I don't think ota is required, at least have the upload port set to an ip address even if you don't upload. What does webupdate give over visual micro upload?

	A few reasons, sometimes I write code on a tablet that doesn't have the IDE and I'd like to update, but mainly OTA has not been reliable in my experience compared to webupdating. It works but I am wary of it.
