Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Activation limit exceeded for this key

I am trying to reinstall vMicro on a computer after reloading Windows, however I get the message "Activation limit exceeded for this key" when I try to activate it.  Do I have to repurchase vMicro or is there a way for me to remove the old activation so that I can add the new one?

You can email support[at]visualmicro.com with your key and request reset.

In theory after 12 months you should have support for activation and updates but we currently only request that after 3 or 4 years. The non-commercial support is $20 per year available on our BUY page.
