Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Normal Topic Custom board package doesn't show in VM (Read 911 times)

Custom board package doesn't show in VM

After updating to a new version of VM, I see that now my custom board is not shown in a menu, although I can install it via Arduino IDE normally (1.8.9) using package url location on github.

Thanks for the report. This issue is now resolved in the latest gallery release


NOTE - might be useful to note that when having trouble, you can uninstall visual micro via "tools>extensions" and install a previous release from here.
