Missing project templates

After updating to version 1907.6.7 when I select to create or add a new project I can only choose between "Empty Arduino Project" and "Blink Led Example". Where are other templates like template for creating a new library?
I am using Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 and Visual Micro version 1907.6.7.

Hi,

There is a Visual Micro branch below the C++ projects where the templates are located.

The used to exist in the main C++ branch and also the Visual Micro branch but Microsoft have changed the search in VS2019 so you could see two of every Visual Micro new project template.

In theory we would like to only use the "C++\Visual Micro" branch but many users don't notice it.

This area is currently up for review and user feedback. Trying to find a happy medium between vs2017 and 2019 so feel free to comment.

Hopefully you can see the templates now?

Yes, now I can see them but putting 3 templates under "Visual C++" and two others under "Visual Micro" is very misleading. IMO all templates should be available under "Visual Micro" as they are specific kind of projects and also because they may be seen as subclass of C++ projects.

Hi,

It's difficult because most people don't see the visual micro branch. We will review thanks.
