How to install Visual micro into Visual Studio Code (community edition)

Hello All,
Does anyone know the procedure for installing Vm in Visual Studio Code. I want to use the STM32duino core and presently using Atmel Studio which does not support STM32 chips (and why should they ?)
Normally one would install extensions to get the functionality via Visual Studio Core but I didn't see Visual micro as an extension. There is a Arduino extension that I saw but I am loyal Vm user.

Never mind,
I thought Visual Studio Code = Visual Studio Community Edition
It's not.
