	The errors can be ignored. They are an AS7 bug when an extension obtains a toolbar at startup. We have 6 toolbars and in the new release they can be controlled automatically by Visual Micro (optional) so we have to "get" them. You can see a note about this at the top of our Atmel Studio page. https://www.visualmicro.com/page/Arduino-for-Atmel-Studio-7.aspx It would help you reported this to Atmel/Microchip it is the Asf.dll that shows the errors which are false positive.
