Download Visul Micro 1911.23.2 for Visual Studio 2017/2019

Command Line Tool for Visual Studio projects

Download Visual Micro 1911.23.0 for Atmel Studio 7
Download Visual Micro 1911.23.0 for Atmel Studio 7 (v2 Installer, use if the standard installer fails)

  • Significant AVR build speed improvement:- The "IDE Locations > Download IDE" has changed to show a page with all known IDE's. If you are working with Arduino AVR boards, such as Uno or Mega, it is recommended that the contents of the "Arduino 1.8.11 beta" zip are used as the "IDE Location" for Visual Micro. Alternatively use Board Manager to install the Arduino AVR 1.8.1 board manager package and use in combination with the "No IDE" application option in Visual Micro.
  • AS7 show tutorial message informing users the 7 Atmel errors in the General output window can be ignored. The issue has been reported to Atmel but can be ignored.
  • AS7 was missining the recent fix to support a change in the Arduino IDE 1.8.10 and above. This would cause Deep Search for Librares to fail.
  • CLI has been refreshed because it did not contain the fixes and changes announced earlier this week.
