Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Not able to activate a perpetuall hobby license

Hi Guys,
 
I am using Visual Studio 2019 Community (Windows 10 Professional) and the trial version of Visual Micro, for which I purchased one perpetual hobby license. 
 
Even though I followed exactly the steps described in the license delivery email received from VM, the license is still not activated.

Any tips on this issue?

Did you receive an error pop up when activating (it can be behind the activation window)?

If you email us at sales@visualmicro.com with your license key, and a link to this post we will investigate on our side as well.
