New computer

Hello all,

I've purchased a new computer and will obviously decommission my old machine.

How do I go about revoking the license from the old machine to be able to start using it on the new machine ?

(I did this with my Win 10 license and it worked like a charm)

Thanks in advance,

King regards
Magnus

Hi,

If you purchased in the past 12 months or have purchased the support in the last 12 months then please email Visual Micro.

If you purchased longer than 12 months ago then please follow the re-activation guide that appears on-screen or in the yellow bar near the top of our web site. That involves purchasing 12 months support (it's only $20 for personal or $40 for business) which provides, updates, assistance and re-activation.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thanks for the response.
I guess when you've spent so much money on a new computer you might as well spend $23.75 more on a license.
(Yes, I was a bit surprised to have to pay Swedish tax on $19)

King regards
Magnus

Thanks for buying. Unfortunately EU VAT rules make it difficult for everyone.
