This should be possible as the OTA debugging in Visual Micro uses UDP ports to communicate with the PC.

We will try and publish an example, and an extension to the OTA Debugging video in the coming days and update this thread when its available.

Just to update on this topic, we identified an issue with the UDP socket closure, which may have prevented the UDP debugging working on the ESP8266 when using the ESP8266Webserver as well.

This has been resolved in the latest release (20.09.10.3), which is available at the top of the below board for download and installation:
