Debugwire on Attiny85 Arduino Tinycore, advice on platform choices? (Read 650 times)

	The low pin count of this target (actually using attiny45, 8 pins) make debugwire (single pin connection) a necessity for smooth development workflow. I have very pleasant memories of using debugwire with this target in Atmel studio 4, years ago with AVR dragon, the single step, source debugging was very cool. I want this kind of setup with VM (either VS or Atmel/Microchip Studio). What interface works? (I've tried JTAGICEmkII, that is good for ISP in VS VM but has communication hassles in Microchip Studio.) Anyhow I'm ready to buy an interface that is known to work. I gather that Microchip Studio is what is necessary for debugging with debugwire? What programmer/interface? Thanks for any help.
