I'm using
Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Preview
Version 17.2.0 Preview 2.0
Arduino IDE for Visual Studio by Visual Micro   19.0

The Visual Micro Explorer REFERENCE is not working.

The reference link is available but nothing happens.
also noticed that there is no "Reference" folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino

Thanks for the report.

The files used to populate the Reference tab (as you rightly say from the reference folder) have been removed in the Arduino IDE since version 1.8.16.

We will update if we have a solution to add these back in, and one workaround is to install v1.8.15 of the Arduino IDE if the reference pages are required within Visual Micro.

Alternatively the online up to date documentation can be used from the link below:
https://www.arduino.cc/reference/en/

Just to update, this has now been linked to the online Arduino documentation, from the Micro Explorer in the latest release (22.02.18-5) available at the top of the board below:
https://www.visualmicro.com/forums/YaBB.pl?board=VS_ARDUINO_EXT_RELEASES

If using a version of the Arduino IDE before 1.8.16, it will use the local documentation.
