Uploader Bombs on Port Failure (Read 942 times)

	If the serial port disconnects or becomes unresponsive during sketch upload, a never ending cascade of error messages referring to “avrdude” appear in the Output window. This basically freezes VS and I have to kill the app and restart it. Is this a feature or a bug? I’ve wasted a lot of precious time dealing with this, as I’m sure have other users. Are there any plans to fix this? Maybe renaming avrdude to “avrbruh” or “waycooljr” would help.

	Normally avrdue works well. It sounds like a usb driver issue but maybe a confusion with tool location. Either way, the info requested in yellow above always provides the information we need to assist.
