Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Adding that fixed it so that it builds. However, the VSCode IDE still can't find the files so it shows a lot of errors in code.

Thanks for confirming the build works as expected.

To help with the intellisense errors, can you run the Project Conversion from vMicro > Convert Solution To Latest Format (Affects Arduino Project(s) Intellisense Only. Required!) ?

The latest release (2024.0223.00) removes the need for the board.txt override for the build issue, and can be downloaded from the top of the board below:
https://www.visualmicro.com/forums/YaBB.pl?board=VS_ARDUINO_EXT_RELEASES

Let us know if the Intellisense issue persists after upgrading the project to the new format.
