When Do I Need to Re-activate?
Visual Micro will not normally expire unexpectedly. However, loss of the windows registry will require re-activation.
My Activation Fails
If your PC is behind a proxy that needs authorization, please enter the credentials into the "vMicro>Try, Buy, Activate" window.
(Activation, IDE upgrade or transfer problem within 12 months of any purchase then email us with a screenshot of your IDE and your license key information, and we can assist you from there.
Visual Micro Options Greyed Out
If you find Visual Micro looks like this when you load it (all options greyed out on toolbars and menus), then the license has expired or is not present.
Have You Started a Trial?
If you have not started a Trial yet - click the vMicro > "Try, Buy or Activate a Visual Micro License" option, and then click [Start Full Trial]
Just Finished a Trial?
you will need to purchase a license to suit your needs from the Shop page. This key can then be entered from the vMicro > "Try, Buy or Activate a Visual Micro License" option. Then enter the key in the textbox and click [Activate Purchased Key].
Purchased License Expired
If you have purchased a key, support is available as below:
Yearly / Time Limited Licenses:
Time Limited licenses receive full support for the duration of the license (e.g. 12 Months), after this a new license needs to be purchased.
Are you still within your support term?
Perpetual Licenses purchased before November 2019 came with 12 months Support included.
Perpertual Licenses purchased after November 2019 come with 3 Years Support included.
YES - Please email us with a screenshot of your IDE and your license key information, and we will get you up and running as soon as possible.
NO - If you need to purchase additional support, please visit the Shop page (starting at only $12 for 1 Year). This will fully re-activate your license for another 12 months.
