Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

How to add library

Hello all this is my first post .We recently download visual micro plugin for arduino .My operating system is windows 7 and we use Microsoft visual studio 2008.My first program of led blink is compile download and run successfully in my arduino board .But when we want to run "hello word" program for 16x2 LCD then
we go to project\add arduino library\core\Liquid crystal then library is not added  we try another library but no one is add
After that we type manual include in program event then the program does not run .Same program run using arduino 1.0
My Visual micro version is 1.1219 BETA 
Please help me

Hello, please switch on Tools>Options>Visual Micro>Compiler>Verbose.
After switching on Verbose you will see that when you compile the output window will contain detailed information.

Please copy and paste the information into a message under this post.

Please switch Verbose to "True" and try the compile again. After the compile copy and paste the results from the output window into this thread.


2)
Please send a screen shot of your visual studio 2008 ide with an arduino sketch open

If you are finding this procedure difficult then I think the end fix will be to run the visual micro uninstall and then install again.

Make sure visual studio is closed when you do this.
