Next Release - Fixes and Additions (Work in Progress)

1) Adding a library when "Show all arduino files" was enabled sometimes failed to add the .h #includes to the main sketch source

2) vsarduino.h is no longer reloaded and header files are no longer expanded when an important intellisense change is made (such as switching board, adding new source code, saving .ino files that have new functions). This feature can be re-enabled in the new "Tools>Options>Visual Micro>Intellisense" options. VS2008 users might need to switch this option on if intellisense does not automatically refresh when required

3) Project property "Additional preprocessor" has been renamed to "Defines - Project". A new property called "Defines - Configuration" allows pre-processor constants to be defined per configuration. Tip: Multiple constants can be separated with a semi-colon ";"

4) "Project>Upload Last Arduino Build". New menu item and user interface macro. It is possible to change the board prior to upload, in this case, if you had previously compiled the sketch for the newly selected board, it is the .hex (program) of the newly selected board that will be uploaded. Which might not be the last build!

5) Fix for the sometimes disappearing library refresh menu item

6) Invalid library names show highlighted in the status bar for 2 seconds during startup with message. "[LibraryName] is not a valid Arduino library name"

7) New General project property to optionally #define _DEBUG as an integer. Zero (0) will prevent the constant from being defined (#ifndef)

8) Main Serial port debug support for Leonardo (needs testesting). SoftwareSerial worked but not the upload port.

9) Recommend. Throttle (ms) of 200 when using frequent breakpoints and/or automatic reports. This applies mainly to the Leonardo, or if the debugger is not working/refreshing correctly.

10) Renaming the master program sketch (ino or pde) will prompt to rename the project and folder which ensures arduino compatibility
