Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

This update does not include functionality changes. 

1) Extends the debugger beta period from Jan 13th 2013 to May 13th by which time all beta testers will have received a free key code for a permanent debug version of the plugin. This update does NOT require debugger beta testers to visit the beta page, the current debugger is compatible with the new codeplex plugin release.

2) Adds a check for new "plugin releases" when vs starts (once per day). The check can be disabled via 'Tools>Options>Visual Micro>System'. This feature will shortly be extended to check for new version of installed mcu apps such as the arduino.ide
