win8 vs2010 Error 1001 InstallUtilLib.dll

Trying to install Visual Micro after updating my netbook to win8 I get the error:
Error 1001. InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown error.
Any idea? It looks like it can be a installshield error.
My configuration is: windows 8 Pro (fresh install, no update), VS 2010+TeamExplorer 2010+SP1. On the same hardware (only different hdd) it installed when I was using windows 7 Home Premium.
Thank yall.

The solution is to enable .net3.5 via Control Panel, Add/Remove Features
