Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
 
Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Cannot activate debugging...

A few hours ago, I managed to compile an exsiting project.
Now, I tried to debug this project.

But, setting the MicroDebug to "Full" gives me only a message that this feature is only available for full featured users or something like that.

The message says it's for beta testers only.

How can I become a beta tester  ? Debugging is one of the main problems I have with arduino

I am sorry, but is it possible that I only have installed the IDE-plugin ?
Whnever I try to download, I end up at a file "ArduinoForVisualStudio.msi". 

Otherwise I cannot activate the debugger. Setting MicroDebug to "Full" gives me the message posted before

The email gives you instructions of how to apply debugger upgrade and provides a link to the additional installer.

We only need to concentrate on you being able to see and read the email that was sent to you again earlier today. 

Can you see an email with a subject of "Visual Micro - Debugger Upgrade - Instructions‏"?

Sorry for the last mails. Your email had the link inside, but it was not visible as the mail was displayed in textmode.

Now I was able to download the Debugger. 
I will test it these days.
