The installer is failing to register the location of the Visual Micro files correctly for AS6 on 32 bit windows

How to fix

1)

Find the file called "Visual.Micro.Visual.Studio.Arduino.AS6.AddIn"

The file is located in the vm install directory which is normally "C:\Program Files\Visual Micro\Visual Micro for Arduino"

Edit the file with notepad and remove the " (x86)" from the two file names contained in the file

This means the  path of the files changes from "C:\Program Files (x86)\" to "C:\Program Files\" 

If you did not install Visual Micro into the default location then change the paths to match where the .addin is located

2)

In Atmel Studio, "Tools>Options>Addin/Macros Security" please add the location of the .addin file described above to the "Add-in File Paths" list if it is not already there. If you see an (x86) version then please remove it
