Arduino Programming using Atmel Studio 6

Hi,

Because I cannot get a free version of the Microsoft Visual Studio I am looking for additional file's to complete the Atmel Visual Studio. Omar Francisco has a installation script to configure the Studio and project templates for Arduino Sketch. Does anyone tried the following installation script:

http://omarfrancisco.com/arduino-programing-using-atmel-studio-6-0/

I don't want to disturb the VisualMicro plug-in. It just started a few examples and most debugging functions are working very well.  Smiley

Please advice,
Casper

I don't understand the question

The plugin provides a complete arduino solutuion?

Which features can you not find?

Thanks

this atmel plugin does everything the visual studio plugin does except for a few minor differences that you will not find important

Maybe you did not see the getting started on the web site, I know the web site needs some serious work!!

test new install

getting started

If you want to quickly create a new empty Arduino project then click "File>New>Arduino Project"

or if you want to open exiting arduino project you can close the solution and open a .pde/ino or use "File>Open>Arduino Project"

To add new pde/ino/cpp files use std Atmel featurs or ...
When you have project open then right mouse the solution explorer or use File>New or the tool bars to add new .pde/.ino and .cpp files

if you do not see "File>New>Arduino Project" then please read this post for a fix
